1 Peter 3:15 reveals something really interesting.  

There’s one thing followers of Jesus should be none for….

It says there’s something that people who don’t know Jesus will ask you about.  

“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope you have.” 

We should be known for our hope.  

When we walk into a room, people who should wonder why we have so much hope.  

This is one of the reasons I created the “7 Stories of Hope” tool.  There are 7 Miracle Stories in the book of John that were hand picked by the beloved Apostle to lead people to Jesus.  

I share this tool in all of our trainings but people don’t know how to get people who don’t follow Jesus to study the Bible with them.  

So we have people use this simple question to start these Discovery Bible Study (DBS) groups:

“Would you like to get together to talk about a story from the Bible that brought me a lot of hope?”

Simple but powerful question…

And statistically 61% of people you ask that question to will say yes.
