I call John Gottman the “marriage scientist guy” because he has actually scientifically studied what causes divorce and what helps a couple have a healthy marriage. I love this book because he shares a principle they discovered in the “love lab” and provides practical questions and exercises you can do with your spouse to help you develop these 7 principles in your marriage.

And Baby Makes Three
